FAQ

I can’t see the entire MAC Address on this screen. The text seems too big. What do I do?

On some models, the font setting can make the MAC Address run off the screen where you don’t see all of it. Change the font size back to normal under “Settings” > “General” > “Accessibility“, then return to the “About” screen.

The Wi-Fi Address shows as blank on my device. What do I do?

On some models that can happen when Wi-Fi is not enabled. Enable Wi-Fi then see if it appears. If that doesn’t work, it could be a problem with the language the device is set to. Temporarily change the language to “English” under “Settings” > “International” > “Language“, then have a look at the “About” screen.

Display Zoom could also be the issue. Look under “Settings” and select “Display & Brightness“. Under “Display Zoom” select “View“. Select “Standard” from the options at the top, then have another look at the MAC Address.
