On your iOS device go to Settings -> General -> About. Scroll down and find the settings named “WiFi Address”, that is your Apple iOS device MAC Address.

On some models, the font setting can make the MAC Address run off the screen where you don’t see all of it. Change the font size back to normal under “Settings” > “General” > “Accessibility“, then return to the “About” screen.
The Wi-Fi Address shows as blank on my device. What do I do?
On some models that can happen when Wi-Fi is not enabled. Enable Wi-Fi then see if it appears. If that doesn’t work, it could be a problem with the language the device is set to. Temporarily change the language to “English” under “Settings” > “International” > “Language“, then have a look at the “About” screen.
Display Zoom could also be the issue. Look under “Settings” and select “Display & Brightness“. Under “Display Zoom” select “View“. Select “Standard” from the options at the top, then have another look at the MAC Address.
